Bridge to Caring Grant provides financial reimbursement to assist with the cost of quality at-home lab services. The program was created to support individuals with financial challenges and multiple chronic conditions or impairments to help cover the cost of phlebotomy services that make it difficult for these individuals to leave their homes. Community generosity made these grants available to Washington County residents.
Reimbursement is contingent to the availability of funds.
